EDWARDSVILLE - EXO Lounge has several fun December events planned.
In addition to their restaurant, led by a Michelin-star chef, and med spa and nail bar services, which are always available, you can check out a variety of holiday- and winter-themed activities through the end of December. EXO is also hosting a “Friends” pop-up experience with real props from the TV show through Dec. 31, 2025.

“We’ve got a fun month of December coming up with some things that we’re really excited for,” said owner Gina Gamblin.
On Friday, Dec. 5, 2025, you can check out “Christmas Candles + Cocktails,” an opportunity to create your own candles while enjoying sips and snacks from EXO. Winter specialty cocktails and mocktails are available, and you’ll leave with your own unique candle, hand-poured and scented with your favorite scents.
On Sunday, Dec. 7, your family is invited to a special Brunch with The Grinch. At 10 a.m. or 12 p.m., you can come in and enjoy a brunch buffet while hanging out with a favorite Christmas character. This will be followed by Brunch with Santa on Sunday, Dec. 14.
“This is going to be a fun time to get into the spirit and maybe bring little ones or family members and just have laughs and brunch and drinks and enjoy all the holiday has to offer,” Gamblin said. “It’s truly just time where you can capture the holiday magic and unforgettable memories of the season and get photos and just enjoy time together.”
At 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10, you can enjoy The Ultimate Sushi Experience with all-you-can-eat sushi from Eric Heckman, the chef of Tani Sushi in Clayton. For $40, fill your plate again and again and enjoy live saxophone music.
On Friday, Dec. 19, 2025, you can “Sleigh All Night” with a late-night party at EXO. Their regular services will be available until almost midnight, with music by a DJ and fun for all.
On Sunday, Dec. 21, a Christmas Cookie Decorating Class promises sweet fun and good vibes from 2–4 p.m. Little Cookie Shoppe will help you decorate six cookies, perfect for a mother-daughter date or experience with your friends.
Gamblin also noted that EXO will offer a “networking soiree” for entrepreneurs, business owners and employees every Thursday night through the end of the year. You can “grow your inner circle” while enjoying charcuterie and cocktails, and make sure to check out the nail bar and med spa services alongside other local businesswomen.

As the holidays approach and the stress intensifies, Gamblin encourages people to take some time off and enjoy relaxation and fun at EXO Lounge.
“I think it’s really important to take care of yourself during this time and not get caught up in the hustle and bustle and really just do some things that can take your mind away from the everyday,” she added.
