Join Erin Ahlfield in celebrating Earth Day by having a morning filled with Yoga and Hiking on Saturday, April 20th, 9:00am-12:00pm. We will be going to Pere Marquette State Park in Grafton, IL and the plan is to explore Mother Nature while stoping along the hiking paths for various yoga sequences throughout the journey. Bring your tennis shoes, yoga mats, and bottled water and enjoy the morning with Erin! We will finish our time together with fruits and veggies. The cost is $20 per person, please feel free to bring your friends/family with you, no experience is needed for this experience to bond with Mother Nature through various yoga salutations and postures.
Once at the park look for signs to gather in the parking lot to begin our day together! We will be hiking the Goat Cliff Hiking Trial which starts on the west end of the parking lot by the Visitor’s Center near the log cabin.
