If your child will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2013, he/she is eligible to enter Kindergarten. Parent/legal guardian must bring a certified copy of their child’s birth certificate, parent photo I.D., health record information, child’s social security card, and 2 proofs of residency (see back page for acceptable proofs of residency) to enrollment. Staff will be available to answer any residency questions and/or complete residency affidavits.
