The Saint Louis Low Brass Collective, in partnership with Jazz St. Louis's Artist Residency program, will present a Master Class by Andre Hayward. Winner of the International Thelonious Monk Trombone Competition in Washington, DC Mr. Hayward is noted for sound and clarity reminiscent of the late J.J. Johnson.
Following the master class by Mr. Hayward, there will be a reading session for low brass musicians (trombone, baritone, euphonium, tuba) of all ages and abilities.
