About this event

Hike with guide Bob Larson on this special evening to mark the special Blue Moon astronomical event. What is a Blue Moon? In astronomy, Blue Moon is defined as either the third full moon of an astronomical season with four full moons or the second full moon in a calendar month.

As always, please remember to wear confortable shoes and bring a bottle of water. The hike is light to moderate, but be prepared to climb some hills. In total, the hike's route may total roughly three miles. Guests should meet guide Larson at The Nature Institute's Talahi Lodge a little before 7:30 p.m.

If you have any questions, please call 618-466-9930.
