Holiday Open House: Genealogy & Local History Library

Please join us for the Genealogy & Local History Library’s annual Holiday Open House. Genealogy & Local History employee Reneé B. Johnson will create an absolutely beautiful Victorian-inspired holiday wonderland, and we will have cookies and lemonade and a brand-new Genealogy & Local History Library puzzle to put together in front of the fireplace. Enjoy the decorations, create family history crafts to take home, and get your copy of Get Outside! A Survey of Alton Area Parks Past and Present. Staff members will be available to help you think about ways to connect with your family history during holiday gatherings.
