About this event

A free workshop for students with disabilities and their families. Attend in person in Belleville or online on Zoom, your choice.

Students practice speaking up for themselves: naming what they need, leading part of their own IEP meeting, and asking for the support they are entitled to. Families learn how to back that up at home and at school.

Presented by Southern Illinois Pathways, a program of SIP Arts Foundation, with Family Matters PTIC, Illinois' Parent Training and Information Center.

Free. No diagnosis and no income requirement. Register at sipaf.org/transition. Zoom link emailed to online registrants.
