Bricks for Water Fundraiser

Love LEGO? Join local enthusiasts and contestants from LEGO Masters for impressive and interactive LEGO displays and activities at the Bricks for Water fundraiser Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Edwardsville American Legion Post 199. 

Meet Nealita Nelson and Paul Wellington, siblings who competed in Lego Masters Season 4 and Australia Grand Masters of the Galaxy.

All proceeds from this creative event will benefit World Vision International. World Vision provides more clean water than any nongovernmental organization in the world, providing clean water to one new person every 10 seconds. Learn more about World Vision at www.worldvision.org 

Organizers Danielle and Brandon Adair have been running marathons for World Vision for 10 years aiding in the clean water crisis. 

Danielle says "Over 700 kiddos die every day due to complications related to drinking dirty water and we're determined to help stop this. We're going to do the Hood to Coast Relay and Chicago Marathon this year and hoping to raise $30,000 for clean water!

We created Bricks for Water because LEGO helps our family and friends Play Well and we know it can help kiddos who need clean water Play Well too!"

Partners of the event include Arvada German Garage, Arvada Motorsports, Gateway LEGO Users Group, Bricks & Minifigs St. Louis Metro East, Trevor Halloran State Farm, and Care Choice Care Management.
