The Growth Collaborative Round Table

The Growth Collaborative is a group of growth minded individuals who gather in community to intentioanlly grow and develop personally and professionally through shared insight, intentional conversation, and meaningful connection.  The primary format for this process is called a "mastermind or roundtable".

A mastermind group is a small group of individuals who meet regularly to support each other to reach their goals.  Everyone brings their own expereinces, ideas, successes and challenges and the group works together to solve problems, sahre advice and leverage expereinces.  It's not a class and it's not counceling- it's more like a team of peers who are committed to helping one another succeed. 

• It's like having your own personal thinking partners. 
• It's strustured conversation where everyone gives and receives support
• It's a place to think out loud with people who want you to succeed
