Parkinson's Disease Caretaker Support Group at SSP

The Parkinson's Disease Caretaker Support Group meets at SSP on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 2-3 PM. This group is designed for those who care for someone who has Parkinson's Disease to find solace and understanding. These groups are offered in partnership with the American Parkinson Disease Association and are open to anyone free of charge - you do not need to be a member of Rock Steady Boxing or SSP Wellness Center to attend.

The topic for the November meeting is Self-Care and will be led by Steph Schobernd, SSP Personal Trainer & Rock Steady Boxing Coach.
