Parkinson's Disease Support Group at SSP

The Parkinson's Disease Support Group meets at SSP on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 2-3 PM. This group is designed for those who have Parkinson's Disease and are seeking solace and understanding. These groups are offered in partnership with the American Parkinson Disease Association and are open to anyone free of charge - you do not need to be a member of Rock Steady Boxing or SSP Wellness Center to attend.

The November meeting will be led by Steph Schobernd, SSP Personal Trainer & Rock Steady Boxing Coach.
