History of Missouri Botanical Gardens

Our club is delighted to welcome Betsy Alexander, Master Gardener, who will give an engaging presentation on the history of the Missouri Botanical Garden. Betsy will trace the vision of founder Henry Shaw and highlighted how the garden has grown into one of the nation’s most respected centers for horticulture, education, and conservation. The audience will enjoy learning about the Garden’s rich legacy, its architectural treasures, and its continuing role as a resource for plant lovers worldwide.

It will be  an inspiring reminder of the importance of preserving and sharing the beauty of gardens for generations to come.
