Southwestern Summer Science camp will be held on June 12 -15 from 8:30 - noon at the Southwestern Middle School Commons. The camp is open to students from any school district in 4th -6th grades. The cost is $50. Each participant will receive a daily snack and T-shirt. This year's theme is energy. Projects include making sun prints, conducting chemistry experiments and making electrical motors. The registration form may be printed at www.piasabirds.net and clicking on any of the grade school websites. The form is found under the classroom websites of any 4th -6th grade teacher.
