SIUE students are partnering with Neighbors Bakeshop of Edwardsville for a fundraiser. The fundraiser will consist of selling Easter themed cookie kits on April 1st and 2nd at the storefront of the bakeshop from 7 am-1 pm on both days. The cookie kits will include six cookies, icing, and sprinkles that will allow participants to create their own Easter designs. Neighbors Bakeshop is a nonprofit organization that gives back their proceeds to help local families in need. The SIUE students who are working with Neighbors Bakeshop are currently enrolled in a small group communications course, and are helping with the organization’s PR campaign by planning and utilizing social media outlets.
