Join the SIUE Alumni Association for the seventh annual Cougars Unleashed Homecoming Run. This year's run offers both virtual and in-person 10K, 5K and one-mile runs. Community members, students and alumni are encouraged to participate. Run proceeds will go to the SIUE Alumni Association Scholarship Fund, which proudly awards over $20,000 each year to incoming and current SIUE students. Now more than ever, these students need our help to achieve their hopes and dreams so that they can help shape a changing world!
This year also marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of the SIUE Alumni Association! Over the last 50 years, we have proudly engaged, educated and empowered Cougars for life. We look forward to the next 50 years and celebrating this important milestone at this year's Run with you.
The in-person run will take place on Saturday, September 24 on the beautiful SIUE campus at Birger Hall with the first run beginning at 9 a.m with a socially-distant pancake breakfast provided by Chris Cakes and post-run beer (runners 21 and over) provided by Recess Brewing to follow.
The virtual run can be completed anytime and anywhere between September 17-24.
