Halloween Beginner Yoga

Grab your mat and costumes!

Come stretch for a ghoul’s night out or before you fill up on too much candy.

This Halloween-themed yoga class will help you hocus, pocus, and refocus!

Class will have plenty of scary music, poses, and lots of screaming! (Not really!)

Costumes are encouraged but not required!
