Join us at the City Center Park (corner of E. Pearl and Jefferson Street) for the Halloween Festival events - Costume Contest begins at 10:00 am (with judging immediately afterward), Trick or Treating to downtown businesses from 11:15 am - 12:15 pm, Great Pumpkin Hunt and Hay Rides from 11:15 am - 1:00 pm and Halloween Music and Hot Dogs from Noon - 1:00 pm. Bring a lawn chair to enjoy the music and eat your hot dogs!
