Witness the local talent through this celebration of the performing arts.  See bands and other talents in Davis Plaza at Lewis & Clark Confluence Tower every third Thursday in spring. For this concert, see local progressive punk rock band River City Sound perform. Admission is $5, which includes a ride to the top of the tower. Doors open at 6 p.m. All ages welcome.
