Rock Your Socks Yoga is good for the body. Music nourishes the soul. Put them both together and you have Rock-N-Roll. Come have a blast stretching and building muscle in this workshop, set to a sound track of 80's rock hits. We will do a yoga practice to warm-up the body before we really get into rocking your socks! Using the socks in a controlled yoga posture helps activate muscles in a different way. It will be a full body workout. Big hair, bold colors and leg warmers are encouraged but not required.
