This workshop will introduce the basics of yoga from the ground up.
We will discuss posture, breathing techniques, and movements while learning the purpose of having a daily yoga practice.
We will also discuss how to use the strap, block and bolsters to deepen your experience. The strap can help you lengthen further into a pose. The block is used to help bring the floor up to you. Bolsters aid in helping to relax deeper into a pose without the stress.
