Chef Steven McCurry from Seven Restaurant and Lounge will be demonstrating how to prepare several dishes with our Olive Oils. Participants will be able to observe Chef McCurry prepare the dishes, while enjoying hors d'oeuvres provided by Seven Restaurant and Lounge. During the course of the afternoon Olive Oil Market Place will be on hand sampling some of their infused olive oils. At the end of the afternoon all participants will leave with a bottle of olive oil of their choosing, a coupon for a free appetizer at Seven Restaurant and Lounge, and a printed recipe card.
