About this event

Both frogs and toads are beneficial to the garden because they feed on many pests such as, bugs, beetles, catepillars, cutworms, grasshoppers, grubs, slugs, and a varitey of other pests. A single frog can eat over 100 insects in one night!

Students will use hand construction methods to create their very own Toad House out of low fire RED earthenware clay. Toad houses will then be fired and be available for pickup on/or after March 31st.
