Allyssa Conroy will lead you through poses that will aid in reducing stress and we will explore ways to develop balance and core strength.
The main focus will be on opening the areas of the body where men tend to be the tightest and carry the most tension in their bodies (hamstrings, calves, shoulders, chest, and lower back).
This is a great practice to help build strength and increase flexibility. There will also be some focus on pranayama, or breathing practices which are essential to relieving stress and calming the mind.
