Seminar at SSP on Monday, January 27th- 9-10am.  This months Seminar will be on Diabetes &
Nutrition presented by Alton
Memorial Hospital.  Wellness
Center Health &
Wellness seminars take place on the last Monday of each month in the
Multipurpose room.  If you would like to
