A fitness camp for children and adults of all ages with special needs such as Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and other developmental and phsyical disabilities.
We will have a few coaches assisting everyone.
There will be plenty of games, stations going over technique for movements, and ending with a fun group workout and cool down!
