In this class you will have the opportunity to place a tap in a maple tree and set up the collection system. Everything which you will need to make your own syrup will be demonstrated. Since maple sap starts running early and winter weather can not be predicted far in advance. Inclement weather date is Jan 13th. This class is limited to 20 participants.
