A native of Peru, Jorge Caballero is the only guitarist to win the Naumburg International Competition (1996), and in addition won top prizes at the Tokyo International Guitar Competition, the Alhambra Guitar Competition and the First Latin American Guitar Competition. Caballero’s program will include Capriccio Espagnol by Rimsky-Korsakov in his fourth appearance here.
