Use the chair as a prop for sculpting, strengthening & toning exercises plus learn a FUN & FLIRTY choreographed dance that is sure to work your body!
You don't even realize you are exercising! Great for a Girls Night Out or a Celebration! Grab your bestie and join the party!
You will never get bored in Chair Dance Fitness! Hip, ab, and thigh work using a chair as your barre, then on to a choreographed fun and flirty themed dance! Easy to learn, and more fun that you would guess! We turn the lights off and the party ON! Bring a drink and a snack to share, dress for fitness or FUN! Taught by Leslie, instructor, trainer and choreographer.
Ages 18+ Adult. No equipment needed.
2 hour workshop, $20/person, 4 person minimum and 20 person maximum.
Each Session is independent and does not need previous sessions.
