About this event

THIS IS AN EXTRA MILE EVENT: This is a very fun event and we try to have as many Metro Miler Teams as possible. For this event four runners each run a 3+ mile loop twice for a total of 26.2 miles. The Metro Milers will cover the cost of registration for everyone on a MM team. No need to register on the race website. That morning we will meet at the Park & Ride at the intersection of 162 and 157 in Glen Carbon at 6:30 a.m. to carpool to the lower Muny Parking lot (where event starts and finishes). Race time is 8:00 a.m. We will put up tents and heaters for a warm spot to hang out between runs. Everyone is encouraged to bring warm clothes/blankets, favorite snacks, and drinks to share. If you plan to attend please comment with your 5K pace so we can work to make teams as equal as possible.
