Mungenast Automotive Family is joining with the Kirkwood Police Department to host the annual Kirkwood-Oakland Day Out against crime: a long-held Kirkwood tradition that branches off of National Association of Town Watch’s National Night Out. The event will be held Saturday, October 7 from 10am to 2pm at the Kirkwood Police Station. The Kirkwood-Oakland Day out is a FREE event for the Kirkwood-Oakland area designed to bring the community together for a day of fun while also garnering awareness for crime prevention and child safety in our community. Parents will be able to take advantage of state-of-the-art technology from the KlaasKids Foundation that will equip them with fingerprints and a current digital photograph of their child, along with a DNA collection kit to assist local law enforcement should their child go missing –at absolutely zero cost to parents and guardians.
