Don’t just sit on the sidelines watching someone play Tibetan Singing Bowls. This interactive workshop will give you some hands-on experience of your own. As the evening closes, Pati will use the Singing Bowls to guide you into a deeper state of meditation.
Pati Pellerito will bring 30 Tibetan Singing Bowls of all sizes to this interactive workshop. She is a massage therapist of 25 years and has been incorporating singing bowls in her work for the past 11.
Participants will:
learn how sound affects our physical and emotional bodies
understand the power of vibration
learn how to hold and play a bowl to produce the best sound
learn to meditate with a bowl and use its vibratory property for clearing
Feel free to bring your own bowl (please mark it on the inside)
