Landlords in the area have the opportunity to attend the Super Saturday Landlord Training Seminar sponsored by the Illinois Real Estate Investors Association.
This training will cover topics such as Legislative updates, Single Room Occupancy Housing (how you can double your rents with SRO), The Ins and Outs of Leases - how to set them up and the interview process, and Improving Your Cash Flow by Doing Little Things.

The seminar will be on April 22, 2017, from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, and will be held in the East Room at Impact CIL offices, 2735 East Broadway, Alton, IL.
Members of IL-REIA will pay $24.95 to attend and others $29.95 at the door. This includes morning refreshments and a box lunch from Jimmy John's.
