Persons of all ages with a variety of disabilities and their families are invited to attended.

This is an opportunity for families to meet with service providers and to learn about services in the community that can be accessed now and in the future. It's never to early to start planning and gathering resources.

Guest Speakers are scheduled to present on the following topics:
4:15 - Transition Services
5:15 - Housing Options
6:15 - Employment & Training
7:15 - Legal Topics for Persons w/ Disabilities and their Families

*Hours of Earned Credit (CPDU's) are available to educators who attend any Guest Speaker Sesssion.*
