It's Eagle Watching season again! January 7th is the kick off for the new season, with the Alton-Audubon Eagle Ice Festival! If you happen to drive down the Great River Road in search of Bald Eagles that day, stop by our center between 10 AM and 2 PM! We will have our juvenile Bald Eagle, Emrys, available to see up close in our education center! Greeters will be available to answer any questions and to offer guidance around our outdoor enclosures. Snacks and refreshments will also be available.
In honor of the Eagle Watching season, we will have greeters as well as snacks and refreshments available for free every weekend in January and February from 10 AM to 2 PM. Come out and see all of our rescued native wildlife! Donations are always appreciated.
