This special event will engage participants with purposeful change to bring you into your abundant life. The four core talents at Art Healing Life combine to bring this nurturing experience for your mind, body, and spirit. We will offer a variety of tools to help you keep on your chosen path. Our day will begin with introduction, lecture, and information over tea. The day will progress with a group hypnosis session to help move you to your mindful goals for 2017. During the pivotal part of our program, you will create a vision board and experience spiritual tools like bodywork and chakra clearing. We will serve a Reiki infused lunch of roasted vegetable soup with couscous and feta cheese garnish, chicken salad, mixed green salad, fresh fruit, and cookies. *Gluten free options will be available.
