Connecting to Our Root Chakra

About this event

As we begin a new year, it's important that we open up our root or Muladhara chakra. This chakra is located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor, and the first three vertebrae. It's responsible for our sense of safety and security and includes basic needs such as food, water, shelter, and safety, as well as emotional needs such as letting go of fear. When these needs are met, you feel grounded and safe, and you tend to worry less day to day. Led by Angie Becker
