Studio Gaia will be hosting an Easy Yoga Flow class to benefit The Dachshund Rescue of St. Louis!
Class will start at 7:15 but can only hold around 20 people (get there early to reserve your spot!). This is a beginner class so all levels of yogis welcome!
Dana Greco will be our instructor for the evening! Class fee is $13 and will benefit the medical bills for our rescue! Please come out, clear your mind, stretch your body, and help the dogs!! If you would like to reserve your spot please PayPal (using friends and family) to yelhsa@hotmail.com with Yoga as the subject. Refunds not available if preregistered and can no longer attend. We will post if class becomes full with pre-registers !
