Overland, Missouri…Stop by the Overland Farmers Market for an array of fresh, locally produced vegetables, baked goods, flowers, craft items and live music on Saturday, August at2512 Woodson Road in Overland about one mile north of Page Avenue.
Now in its ninth successful season, theMarket’s coveredpavilion has 24 stalls where local vendors also offer locally raised grass-fed beef, sweet Missouri honey, plus a variety of other merchandise.
The Market will be open rain or shine from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Local singer-songwriter Steve Chosich will perform from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on August 27.
“Visitors can park beside the pavilion in our free parking lot, and vendors can load and unload their goods easily by backing up next to their covered stall,” said Richard A. Kilzer, president of the Overland Farmers Market Board of Directors.
The Overland Farmers Market is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization managed by volunteers and supported by sponsors. Admission is free. The Market will be open every Saturday morning through late October.
