WHO: Ryan Hanlon of Route 3 Films; Sign Magic, Phillips 66 representatives; City of Alton officials

WHY: Signs were a collaborative venture between Ryan Hanlon of Route 3 Films, Phillips 66 and City of Alton. The story behind the new designs and the purpose of the project will be discussed.

VISUALS: Displays of the actual signs will be on site for photo and video opportunities
