The annual Alton Miles for Meso 5K Race & 2K Fun Run/Walk will take place in downtown Alton. The race begins at the Simmons Hanly Conroy Law Firm building, across from Marquette High School, and winds through the historic, brick streets of downtown Alton. Cash prizes awarded.
