On July 1, 2013, Mineral Springs Haunted Tours will have a "Paranormal Picnic" at McPike Mansion. Meet at McPike Mansion, 2018 Alby St., Alton, Il. at 6pm. After signing in, pick a spot to sit. Food will be served at 6:30pm. After an introduction and information about the history of the place and it's hauntings, there will be a tour of the grounds, including the crypt, followed by a visit to and darkroom session in the wine cellar.
Afterwards we will go to Mineral Springs for a ghost hunt, and Tarot card reading. Bring flashlights, cameras,recorders and any ghost hunting equipment you may have. Umbrellas and mosquito repellent are good ideas also.
Cost is $45.00/person Age 12 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
