“There is nothing as fun as senior night,” head girls tennis coach Jesse Macias said. “These ladies have been putting in the work for four years, and they are playing great tennis right now. It was fun to see them win in front of a huge crowd of family and friends.”

Parents of the team’s juniors helped organize the celebration.

“Our junior parents put on a memorable night with gifts and a great dinner, and we got to celebrate a fantastic conference win,” Macias said.

All seven seniors are four-year players, a commitment Macias credited as an important part of the team’s success over that span. He also praised their talent and distinct approach to the game.

“You can't compare senior classes because they are all special in their own way, but this group is as talented as any we have had,” Macias said. “They have been fortunate to follow previous senior classes that were also amazing, but this group plays their own style. These ladies are tough but also dynamic when they need to be.”
