ROXANA - Roxana defeated Carlinville 25-15, 25-22 in girls volleyball on Tuesday night, Sept. 22, 2026,, led by Peyton Cincoski’s seven kills and Mia Skinner’s 11 assists and 10 points.

Carlinville’s record stands at 5-9 overall and 1-1 in conference; Roxana is now an even 7-7 overall on the season. Roxana plays at Cahokia on Sept. 23 and at Southwestern on Sept. 28.
Sophia Powers led Roxana with six digs, followed by Addison Boyer with four. Hope Stewart-Sperry recorded two blocks, while Josie Brannon added one. Kaylee Hoffman and Cincoski each contributed six points.
Sylvee Gibbs led Carlinville with nine kills, and Avery Davis recorded 15 assists. Ruthie Reels paced Carlinville with four service points, two aces, 18 receptions and eight digs. Lexie O’Brien had two blocks.
Carlinville defeated Roxana at both the freshman and junior varsity levels.
