Thomas “Tom” Walton Renfrow, Sr., 76, died at 1:14 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024 in Pleasant Hill, IL.
He was born October 8, 1947 in Granite City, IL the son of the late Conrad and Nettie (Ewell) Renfrow. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and worked for many years as a forklift driver for Olin Brass.
Surviving are one daughter, Amanda Patton (Kevin) of Jerseyville, two sons, Thomas Renfrow, Jr. (Julie) of Alton and Conrad Renfrow Sr. (Lynette) of Pleasant Hill, IL, nine grandchildren, Heather, Daniel, Samantha, Heather, Conrad, Jr., Ashley, Abby, Chris and Mark, nine great grandchildren, two brothers, Ronald Renfrow of Alton, John Renfrow (Alice) of Bunker Hill and one sister, Wilma Gail Hettick (Tom) of Alton.
Visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Burial will be at Roselawn Memory Gardens with full military honors by VFW Post 1308.
