The Missouri Department of Transportation is moving right along on the I-270 North project, with another periodic road closure coming up. The interstate and southbound ramp at Lindbergh Boulevard will be closed for 15-30 minutes at a time beginning Friday evening and lasting through Saturday morning.

This is to give workers the opportunity to set beams in place that will support the bridge deck. Project Communications Coordinator Nina Thompson tells The Big Z the I-270 North project is the biggest project the agency has done in a decade.

The goal is to have a completely revamped highway open by the end of 2023. Again, to keep up with the project, go to http://www.i270north.org/
