The Neighborhoods of Alton

Guest speaker and local historian Don Huber spoke about the various ethnic groups and diverse living styles that characterized the neighborhoods throughout Alton, Upper Alton, and North Alton and how these communities incorporated into the city. He also explained how the neighborhoods and some of the Alton streets acquired their names and took questions from audience members.
