David Ollenbittle, master of ceremonies, begins the night by inviting Hal Patton, mayor of Edwardsville, and Matt McSparin, Edison's CEO, to the podium to help kick off the 2016 American Legion Great Lakes Regional Tournament. The tournament is the culmination of a 64 team competition now narrowed down to 8 teams to compete for entry into the American Legion World Series.
