A ribbon cutting was conducted by the Riverbend Growth Association at 11:30am Friday May 13 at Crown of Thorns Customs located 2115 College Avenue in Alton. Crown of Thorns Customs offer a unique set of services including Custom Vinyl Decals & Lettering, Hydro-graphics, Powder Coating, Cerakote Firearm Coating, and Glass Etching. The shop is owned by Jason and Brandie West and according to Jason, “I can do something with anything that can be painted or customized.” The genesis for business’ name is rooted in the couple’s Christian faith and they’d like the community to know them as a Christian family run business with low overhead so they don't need to charge an arm and a leg to make a profit.
