Mayor Walker and Director Barnhart Address City Workers Amidst Flood Work

Walker and Barnhart congratulated the team for their hard work and diligence in building and maintaining the wall through the entirety of the ongoing flood. Walker also vowed to have a new line painted between the 1973 and 1993 high water marks on Ardent Mill silo with the landmark ‘Welcome to Alton’ sign.
