Paranormal enthusiast from across the US gathered at the Atrium Hotel in Alton to hold a Haunted America Conference. Event Attendees exchanged ghost stories and held panels on the supernatural. Due to Alton's long history with hauntings, event organizers felt Alton was a fitting location for this year's conference.
